VedaPlay Shipping Policy

At VedaPlay, we’re committed to delivering your child’s new favorite Montessori-inspired toy safely, swiftly, and transparently. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders across India.

Where We Ship

  • We ship PAN India to all currently serviceable pin codes.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Deliveries typically take 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster shipping via trusted express courier partners.
  • COD orders may require additional verification and can take slightly longer.
  • Replacement orders will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

Shipping Charges & Discounts

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Prepaid orders receive an additional 5% discount at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a ₹50 charge per order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are carefully packed daily to ensure safe delivery.
  • Our logistics partner, Shiprocket, assigns the most reliable courier based on your pin code to optimize speed and service.
  • Delivery times may be affected by festivals, strikes, weather, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive your Airway Bill (AWB) number via email and WhatsApp for easy tracking.
  • Track your order anytime on our Tracking Page or via your courier’s website.
  • If you don’t receive tracking details within 24 hours of order confirmation, please contact us promptly.

What If Your Order Arrives Damaged?

  • Despite careful packaging, if your package is damaged during transit:
    • Please record a mandatory unboxing video, capturing seal opening and product inspection with no cuts.
    • Email us at care@vedaplay.in within 5 days of delivery with your Order ID, photos, and the video.
    • We will investigate and arrange a free replacement if damage is confirmed.

Important Customer Tips

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address with landmarks, especially for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, to avoid courier delays.
  • Be available or arrange for someone to receive your order during delivery windows. Missed deliveries may delay shipping.
  • Delivery exceptions and delays may occur in remote areas, restricted zones, or during adverse events.
