"Mom, I'm Hanuman!" A 7-day morning chart, from his story.
As promised: a 7-day morning chart to print, and what to say on each day. Five minutes. A mat. His story.
The 7 mornings. Say the line, then do the move together.
Soft moves only: on a mat, barefoot, nothing to jump off.

One new move a day. Add yesterday's if she asks.
- Day 1. Leap for the sun."Baby Hanuman thought the sun was a ripe fruit! Can you reach it?"
- Day 2. Grow giant."Grow tall, tall, like Hanuman crossing the ocean!"
- Day 3. Become tiny."Tiny, tiny, to slip into Lanka. Shh."
- Day 4. Jump the ocean, over a line of tape on the mat."One big jump to Lanka!"
- Day 5. Carry the mountain, a cushion over her head."Lakshman needs the herbs. Carry the mountain!"
- Day 6. Fly slowly round the mat, arms wide."Fly like Hanuman, slowly!"
- Day 7. Sit like Hanuman."Hands together. Three slow breaths. Thank you, Hanuman."

Add a count and a story question.
- Day 1. Leap for the sun, 5 times."Why did baby Hanuman jump for the sun?" (He thought it was a ripe fruit.)
- Day 2. Grow giant, hold for 5."How tall do you think he grew?" (As tall as a mountain.)
- Day 3. Become tiny, hold still for 5."Why did he need to be small?" (To slip into Lanka unseen.)
- Day 4. Jump the ocean, over the tape line, 3 jumps."Who cheered him before the jump?" (Jambavan, who reminded him how strong he was.)
- Day 5. Carry the mountain there and back."Why the whole mountain?" (He couldn't tell which herb.)
- Day 6. Fly slowly, then land like a feather."Where would you fly?"
- Day 7. Sit like Hanuman, five slow breaths."What are you thankful for today?"

Five minutes, before the brushing.

Called her five times? Call Hanuman instead.
About 1 minute.
About 1 minute.
About 2 minutes.
About 1 minute.
Our plan as parents, not a study. Movement and story only; no health claims.
Tap for what to do.

Small is fine. Slow is fine.
Tick each morning you did it.

Tick each day. It saves on this phone.
0 of 7: Start today.

Brave and careful, both.
Day 4: she wants to jump from the sofa "like Hanuman". What do you say?
Move the jump, don't stop the hero. The game stays, the floor stays safe. Our advice as parents, not a study.

The calmest move comes last.
Mat or rug only, barefoot, furniture pushed back, nothing to jump off. Stop when she's tired. This is play and story, not exercise training or yoga practice.

She hears his story and plays it with her whole body.
