1. What's Covered

If your maze arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund you in full. No arguments, no back and forth.

• Timeframe: 7 days from the date of delivery.
• What we need: an unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue, along with your Order ID. That's all, no forms.

Once approved: free reverse pickup is arranged, and your replacement ships within 5–7 business days, or your refund is credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

2. What's Not Covered

• Change of mind. Every character, story, and board is shown in full detail, real photos and videos, before you buy. If you've seen it and chosen it, that choice stands.
• Character swaps on bundles. Individual boards within a multi-board set cannot be exchanged for a different character after delivery. The damage and defect coverage in Section 1 still applies to every board in a bundle.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it ships, for a full refund credited within 7–14 business days.

4. Books & Comics (Vedic Story Comics)

Given their low order value, books and comics are sold as a final sale and aren't eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

• Exception: if your book arrives damaged or defective, share a photo or unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery along with your Order ID.
• Once verified, we ship a free replacement. No need to send the original back, no reverse pickup required.

5. Why We Build It This Way

A few things customers sometimes ask about, so you know before you ask:

• The box says 3+ because that's a labeling requirement, not a limit. Most children start engaging from 15 months, with the sweet spot between 2–5 years.
• No lights, no sounds, no screen. That's deliberate. Instant stimulation is easy to build, real focus takes a little patience in the first few days.
• The magnetic pull feels firm on purpose. We use solid wooden discs, not loose plastic balls, because that resistance is what builds a child's fine motor control and patience. Play on a flat, hard surface for the smoothest feel.
• Every disc is sealed under a shatterproof acrylic cover, never loose. The stylus is high-grade ABS plastic. Every board is safety tested before it ships.

If you're not satisfied with how your case was handled, you can request escalation to our Grievance Officer, who will resolve it within 30 days as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
