The Story
Young Hanuman wakes up hungry one morning, sees the sun rising, and mistakes it for a giant fruit. He leaps for it — flying higher than any child should be able to — until Indra strikes him down to stop him. The gods argue over what just happened, and end up blessing the boy instead of punishing him. Later, when the demoness Maya threatens a village, that same strength stands between her and the people she came for.
What's Inside
32-page illustrated comic book, full colour, English, paperback. Glossy pages, tough enough for little hands.
WHY THIS MATTERS
A story does something a screen can't.
When you read this together, your child isn't just hearing a story — they're watching your face change for the villain, asking what happens next, catching words they've never heard before. That back-and-forth is how language grows, how attention stretches, how a two-year-old learns what a happy ending feels like. A screen can hold their eyes. It can't do any of that.

Real questions. Honest answers.
Is this read alone or read together?
Read together, always. It's told entirely in pictures with no long paragraphs to decode alone — the idea is you read the story out loud while your child follows the pictures, asks questions, and points at their favourite panels. That back-and-forth is the whole point.
What age is this for?
Best from 2 years onward, alongside an adult. Toddlers enjoy the pictures and the read-aloud voice even before they follow the full story; by 3-4 they start asking what happens next on their own.
Is the paper and ink safe? My toddler chews everything.
Yes — full-colour offset printing on glossy paperback pages, the same standard used across children's books. It's built to survive being handled, dropped, and flipped through by small hands, not to be chewed on, but the inks and paper stock are safe for normal handling.
Do I need the maze to enjoy this book?
No — it stands on its own as a story. If your child already has the matching maze, the book adds the story behind the character; if not, the book still works as a first introduction to that hero.
Can I order more than one, or gift this?
Yes. Add any combination of Krishna, Hanuman, or Ganesha to one cart and they ship together. WhatsApp us if it's a gift and we'll include a note.
